Artworks for Ritz-Carlton Astana — A Dialogue of Form, Light, and Legacy

In the heart of Kazakhstan’s capital, The Ritz-Carlton Astana rises with quiet splendour — a modern icon infused with regional soul. For this landmark project, LUMAI Studio was invited to create a layered collection of paintings, sculptural works, and wall panels, each reflecting the architecture’s strength and the city’s evolving identity.

Textural wall pieces were developed to follow the geometry of space, while original sculptures and paintings brought depth and tonal harmony to suites and shared areas. With a restrained material palette and symbolic detail, the collection speaks to both legacy and light — a reflection of Astana’s past, present, and future.
