LUMAI Studio began with a landmark hotel renovation in Kazakhstan, collaborating with the legendary Ricardo Bofill on a project that fused architectural vision with cultural narrative. Acting as art consultant, the studio helped shape a visual language that resonated deeply with place and purpose. This formative commission led to a series of bespoke hospitality projects and established LUMAI’s approach: emotionally resonant artworks, grounded in context, material, and design intent.

Founded in London in 2012 and now based in Mallorca, LUMAI is an internationally recognised art production studio working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
